As a seasoned chef, accomplished food writer, and culinary explorer, my passion for the culinary arts drives my life. I view every ingredient, cooking method, and cultural tradition as a gateway to a world of endless possibilities waiting to be explored.

I embarked on my culinary journey at AUT in Auckland, New Zealand, where I honed my skills and developed a deep appreciation for cooking. The rigorous training and exposure to diverse culinary traditions at AUT laid the foundation for my culinary career.

My talents have been recognized through numerous prestigious awards, including the 2014 Gold Medal in the 100% NZ Pork Breakfast Challenge, the Beef and Lamb Hallmark of Excellence Awards in 2013 and 2012, and a range of gold, silver, and bronze medals in various culinary competitions from 2004 to 2010.

My insatiable curiosity pulls me into the intricate web of the culinary world, immersing me in its rich depths.
